Appointments and or cancellations may not be requested or canceled by way of email. Please call the Salon at 610-649-3773 to conduct any activity involving appointments.

We accept cancellations up to 3 P.M. the day before your scheduled appointment. Hair extension appointments MUST be cancelled 48 hours before the reserved time. Because of the nature of hair extension work , we require strict adherence to this policy and a credit card will be needed for our files. A 20% gratuity will be added to the fee charged. Late arrivals will be charged for full service. Late arrivals, no shows, and no cancellation calls will be charged for full services plus 20% gratuity.

Also, please be advised that CHILDREN are not invited to join you while you are receiving services for their safety.

Appointments for children to receive services are accepted on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesday's ONLY.

Changes Salon & Day Spa reserves the right to institute and enforce this policy to protect those clients that intend to enjoy their "quiet" time, and for those that are not comfortable with children. We have set times for "KID TIME" and "ADULT TIME." We would appreciate your consideration. We strive to make everyone comfortable!
